These terms are an agreement between you and Sumeet Singh, an individual based in Mumbai, India who runs TribeBurn (“TribeBurn”, “we”, “us”). By using tribeburn.com you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. What TribeBurn is

TribeBurn is an entertainment website. Fans of two rival sides pay to add to their side’s public total and post a message. It is a fan rivalry game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any player, club, league or brand named on the site.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to pay on TribeBurn. There are no accounts.

3. What a payment does

• Each payment adds its full amount to the team you chose and shows your name and message, if you gave them, in the public list.
• A payment is not a deposit, a balance or stored value. Nothing can be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged.
• Prices are listed on the Pricing page. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

4. No prizes, no gambling

TribeBurn never pays out money, cash prizes, gift cards, cryptocurrency or anything else of monetary value, and nothing on the site is decided by chance. A team being ahead on the scoreboard is not a prize, and no one has a right to anything because of it.

5. Payments

Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record. That means Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your payment, handles applicable sales tax or VAT, and its own terms also apply to the payment. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Your messages

Messages and names you submit are public. You’re responsible for them. You must not post anything that:

• harasses, threatens, bullies or targets a private person;
• is hateful toward anyone because of race, ethnicity, religion, caste, nationality, gender, sexual orientation or disability;
• is sexual, violent, illegal or defamatory, or reveals someone’s personal information;
• impersonates someone or falsely suggests endorsement by a player, club or brand;
• contains links, spam or advertising for something illegal.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and share your messages and name on TribeBurn and in our promotion of it, including screenshots and videos. We may filter, hide or remove any message at any time, with or without notice. Payments are not refunded when a message is removed for breaking these rules.

7. Game features

Totals are shown as recorded by our systems and may be adjusted to correct errors, fraud, refunds or chargebacks. We may change, pause or end seasons and features at any time.

8. Disclaimers

TribeBurn is provided “as is” for entertainment. We don’t promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and if the change is significant we’ll say so on the site.
