This policy explains what information TribeBurn collects, why, and what you can do about it. TribeBurn is run by Sumeet Singh, Mumbai, India, who is responsible for your data. Contact: support@tribeburn.com.
What we collect

Payments
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. They collect your payment details directly and process them under their own privacy policy, including your email address for the receipt. We don’t store your email; we keep only the payment ID, amount and status. We never see your full card or bank details.
Cookies
TribeBurn doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use advertising or tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you visit.
Who we share it with
- Dodo Payments, for payments, tax and refunds.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the database on our behalf.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We don’t sell your information. Anything you post publicly (name, messages) can be seen and shared by anyone.
How long we keep it
Public names and messages stay up until the season’s page is taken down, or until you ask us to remove them. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, including taking your name or message off the site, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@tribeburn.com. Depending on where you live, laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU and UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws give you these rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. We reply within 30 days.
Where it’s stored
Our servers may be in a different country from yours. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Age
TribeBurn is for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
